THE LISTENING PROJECT

 The Listening Project is the core advocacy engine of the Lokoja Dialogues. It is designed to elevate community voices and ground the initiative’s policy engagement in real experiences from the field. Through a mix of human-centred storytelling and structured data collection, the project will document how water, energy, food, and environmental challenges are shaping daily life across partner communities.

Insights gathered will guide the Dialogues’ solutions work—ensuring interventions are not imposed from the top but shaped by the people most affected. Over time, the Listening Project will evolve into a data-driven platform, supported by community reporting channels and a public-facing dashboard that tracks local challenges and progress. This combination of lived experience and evidence will help shape sharper advocacy, stronger coalitions, and more grounded policy outcomes.
